REFUSED TO REFUND, I am a return customer from the US. Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking within 24 hours and offered to pay a fee yet they still refused to refund I asked them to resell the rooms and cancel them but they refused that as well. Now my "was" husband will enjoy a mini vacation with his 3 girlfriends on my dime Became before booking here. This used to me my go to... its my never again.

The service i experienced was less than expected. The room was smaller than expected, and the room services was not of optimum standard.

staff were friendly from the gate to the front desk and restaurant staff, good customer service. The only issue is noise coming from the restaurant upstairs and surrounding club houses, it will be great if the owner can remodel the rooms and make them sound proof, this will give the guests a good sound sleep.

Excellent Hotel to stay at Lagos on Victoria Island , Good location , peaceful and customer friendly , Good Rooms with good facility in room , Bathroom was clean and fresh with Good Fresh Towels and also Excellent Shampoo and moisturizing cream it was very useful as its a dry and humid weather in Lagos .
