The Cate House

Good morning Cate house hotel l want to say that I really enjoyed my staying in Cate house and Your waiter Mr Sunday was the best. We enjoyed dinner on Saturday. He was so helpful we loved having him as a waiter can’t wait to go back how he choose meal for me and my husband yesterday we wanted to check out he meet me and my husband and introduce us Chinese special fried rice and we eat and enjoyed everything. And my Regards to the rest of the staff l really enjoyed the service.

Thank you for your time and gracious hospitality. It was such a fantastic place for me and my colleagues. Thanks again for doing everything you could to make us feel at home. We would love to visit you again, I am grateful to you and your team for the extraordinary service I enjoyed at your hotel. You all went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for throughout my time with you especially the waiter Mr Sunday always choose good meal for us. Thank you, and keep up the good work! Thanks to the warmth and hospitality of the staff Mr Sunday at your hotel and the housekeepers this has turned out to be the best vacation I have had so far. I’ll be looking forward to spending time with you the next time I’m within the area. I had a wonderful experience staying at your hotel during my last business trip. The professionalism and warmth your team exuded made me feel quite at home. And The quality of service delivered by your staff member the waiter Mr Sunday during my last trip has convinced me that I can always rely on your hotel for the home away from home feeling. Thank you for always doing a good job. I’ll be sure to choose you next time I come around. Also Appreciate the receptionist Edith l love your good work l love the good smile she always give. But the other lady Goodness l want the management to teach her how to approach a guest she approach me rudely. And the security is so very poor trying to go out several time the security not inside the hotel especially the yellow Man. Thank you Cate house hotel. See you soon.

Overall, the place was decent although it's disappointing when staff are not a good reflection representing the business, they work for the ladies at the front desk wasn't friendly. We tried to look pass it but this in fact would move us to look for another place to stay even if it's cost more than to be treated as if we don't belong. The room was spacious enough for us, but the linen was white and dingy.
