Good location as it is in the heart of the Lagos Island , staff are very polite and professional. However, they need some improvement. For a superior room which costs N180,000 a night, the most basic thing the room needs to have is a refrigerator but they said it was just for the luxury rooms. Even shortlets way cheaper than this offer refrigerators. Their basic room costs N150,000 and one would think that for something above basic that they will have something worth it but instead a basic hospitality item like refrigerator is reserved for luxury which is just N20,000 higher than superior. The television signal was going off so there was nothing to watch for the period of our stay. For someone who has never experienced the Lagos Island dirty water issue (because a lot of people now treat their water), the water was initially urine color when we arrived but improved after our first day. I would say my experience here is just average as I have never really looked towards leaving a place so badly.

From the moment I checked in I was treated to exceptional service and a warm welcome the room was immaculate, cozy and perfectly equipped to ensure a comfortable stay but what truly made my stay special was the ambiance - the hotel's serene atmosphere and beautiful decor helped me unwind and indulge in a sweet mood.

It was a very quiet environment, and sleeping was peaceful. Breakfast came on time and was plated in the most amazing way. The staff was always ready to help and housekeeping was always on the ground to tidy up my room. I didn't even have to ask. Overall, it was a beautiful experience. Definitely coming back.

My stay was a very comfortable and relaxing. I love the unique theme of my room. Their Staff members were super pleasant and helpful. Their internet was down for a couple of minutes but was quickly resolved immediately their attention was drawn to the issue.

My experience there was nothing else but amazing. The ambiance was so beautiful and comfy. Next time would be bringing my friends and girl over. The staffs were welcoming and helpful. Especially Michael, he was always there when I needed help with anything.

The Villa Monument Hotel was a charming and comfortable place to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. While the breakfast was good, the selection could be expanded to include more options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend The Grandview Hotel to others.

It is a very serene environment. The location is perfect and the reception staff were very helpful in finding the place. I stayed in the Florence room and I love the attention to detail in terms of design, aesthetics, and amenities. Breakfast was superb and came on time. Staff were always ready to assist. It was a beautiful experience altogether. 100% recommend.
