Not the nicest, but it was the cheapest. Slept well. I'd stay here again in a pinch.

We have been very pleased with all of our stay. Room, location, staff very nice & professional. Only bad thing was no ice machine available for guests. I would suggest GT Inn to all my family & friends.

No fridge or ice machine available also AC didn't really work and no microwave.place is crawling with people at all hours

Rooms are clean and fresh. They check in was fast and simple. Great staff and service. Location is mostly accessible to all restaurants and stores nearby. Prime location.

I had my baby shower at this venue and it was an absolute disaster. There was no air conditioning the entire time on a hot day, with 40+ guests, including children and elders. And I’m very pregnant, so sitting in a packed room with no airflow for hours was not just uncomfortable it was dangerous. Instead of taking responsibility, they accused us of “blowing out” the AC, which is not only false but incredibly unprofessional. We brought decorations and positive energy not tools to break your equipment. There was no apology, no accountability, and now they’re avoiding any talk of reimbursement like we’re supposed to just accept this mess and move on. This was supposed to be a joyful day celebrating my baby. Instead, it was stressful, hot, and handled with zero care or compassion. If you’re thinking about booking this place for a special occasion, think twice. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to fix it—or even acknowledge it. Completely unacceptable.

Rooms were terrible We pre booked from Australia Rooms are not what is advertised in photos We couldn’t stay there it was that bad, lost our money and stayed across the road Rooms had a terrible smell, had a drone flying around watching us, did not feel safe Highly not recommended

Pictures of this hotel on all sites is not what it is in person. Rooms are disgusting. My the bed in my room was only remade from previous people and the room next door had people staying with 3 large dogs in the room. Staff didn’t care, so I gathered my things and checked into the holiday inn across the road.

I left the GT HOTEL INN SUITES EXTENDED STAY hotel, which I made a reservation for 22 days on and paid in cash, on the 7th day. Since the first day, the ventilation was not working and therefore the smoke in the bathroom was coming from the next room. I was an asthmatic and could not sleep in the room until the morning. Cockroaches were everywhere in the hotel, bedbugs bit me, the dirt and smell could not be stopped. Finally, and the worst part, the water was cut off all day long, so I couldn't go to the meeting that I was supposed to take a shower, do my hair, and go that day. I had to buy water from the market to go to the toilet in the hotel, where the water was cut off all day. I could not believe what I experienced. Then I sent them an e-mail and told them that I was not staying at the hotel and wanted them to refund my money, but they never answered me. I wrote the situation to the BBB hotel complaint website and they contacted me and the hotel promised to pay them through booking, but then they kept me busy and wasted time and did not refund my money. I tried to contact them many times and they never came back.THEY ANSWERED BOOKING, CALL ME SO WE CAN GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK, BUT IF YOU CONTACT ME, LET ME KNOW!!! . SOMEONE NAMED MIKE IS INTERESTED IN. THEY SAID TO CONTACT ME TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. HE HAS NOT ANSWERED THE PHONE SINCE IT WAS CLEAR THAT WE WERE CALLING. MIKE IS MISSING!!! FOR THIS REASON, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK AND YOU WILL BE DECEIVED..

Disgusting room. Not at all what is advertised. Sketchy people around. Everything broken. If it wasnt a emergency, i wouldnt have stayed. Elevator tried to close on me as I exited and the safety bar didnt stop it. Only two towels. One tiny round of soap. Tissue dispenser empty. Stains in carpet. Lights flickering. And you had to hold the handle down to flush the toilet.
