I love staying here. All super easy. In front of VIC for work. Near Copa Beach, which is great if u visit in Summer, u can swim in the Donau. U can also run by the river. The gym is the best I have ever been to. I didn t have contact with staff as I self checked-in, but they are ok. This time I took the big apartment with a room for the first time. Really worth it.

The hotel is average.
The biggest downside is the staff/security officer who would not let us into the premises of the hotel.
The security personnel so rude and obnoxious and I think he does not understand his job.
I ask for his identity but refused.
Very arrogant how he treated a guest of the hotel.
I will not recommend this establishment.

shower facility is very important to travellers, this time we encountered show booth drainage jammed and have to clean it ourselves, hotel cleaner did not find drainage jam problem and did not fix it, except this, the others are satisfactory.
