Property itself was fine but the communication with the host was terrible, attempted to contact them over the course of three -two days prior to stay and only received information on entering the property 30 minutes after arrival and having contacted ******* support, who called the host and received a voicemail initially.

What a great find. We were only at the flat for one night as we were attending a concert at the hall up the street, but we would definitely return and likely stay every time we make it in to Vienna. Perfect space for 2 or 3 people, beautiful balcony for sitting and in a nice area outside of the busy tourist center. Carina was available all the time with my many question and was super helpful and polite. Couldn't recommend it more.

The only suggestion I would make would be to provide instructions in English about how to use the television. I tried unsuccessful to find a channel to watch the football.

Very nice stay in Vienna
Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. Kitchenette with all necessary appliances. The only downside was that balcony is not covered and cannot use it when it rains (to smoke). Metro and tram stations very close, Westbahnhof not far away. Spar, Lidl and other shops nearby. Some nice restaurants around in the area.
