Cleanliness & Maintenance: Units are consistently described as clean, well-maintained, and smelling fresh. Regular upkeep of facilities, including spotless bathrooms and tidy living spaces, ensures a hygienic environment throughout the stay.

Horrible, cold customer service. My Mom died two days before deadline for cancellation and they kept all my money. Refused to show any consideration and just said they have a policy. Do not do business with them.

The good part: - large apartment/bathroom - close to public transportation that will take smack in the center of town where all museums/palaces/music avenues/restaurants are (about 10-12 minutes with #2) - close to a SPAR supermarket The bad part: - it's in a dubious neighborhood - our apartment (#6) was on the 1st floor, no elevator: imagine yourself draging luggage or going up and down those stairs 3 times a day - an impossible to sleep on hard mattress: I asked for a mattress topper and I was told they don't have anything - no air conditioning, just a fan: leaving the windows open is a bad option since trams and people waiting for them start to be noisy at about 5:30 a.m. - we were two (2) people who stayed there for two (2) weeks: their "hospitality" was leaving us two (2) coffee capsules!! - very weak wi-fi: sometimes stopping working alltogether - don't expect them to change your bed sheets or your towels: after eight (8) days we had to call them to do that. Even so, they just left the sheets and told us we had to make our beds!! Final ward: we would not choose this place to stay again.
