We arrived on February at about 8 at night.The room was dirty….no sheets at the beds….rubbish in the bin…and the towels of the previous on the floor.No one came to help us…there was no responsible person to speak…..Of course they had taken our money a day before….We left the apartment trying to find somewhere to stay at night….We lost money, time, energy and our good mood… Be careful and stay away from this apartment….

Worst accommodation ever !! They canceled my booking without any justification 7 days before my arrival ! I asked them to find an other solution =＞ useless, 0 result. I have never seen that before… They don’t give a **** about customers situation

Room 28 - Stay was just OK, apartment very dirty and could do with a good deep clean, shower smells very moldy. Room lit up brightly at night due to street lights as curtains do not block out the light, Location great. Easy communication to check in. Lovely soft bed.
