The hotel has a great location right opposite the train station and is only about 6–7 minutes from the metro station, plus the kitchen is well-equipped even though I didn’t use it. However, the room lighting is too dim, and in summer it gets quite warm — luckily there is a fan, but having to open the window (which faces an inner courtyard) lets in some insects (they don’t bite). The check-in process needs improvement: the self-check-in machine didn’t work properly, resetting to the home page after filling in all details, which wasted a lot of time, and I eventually had to download their app to complete check-in and payment — it’s very inconvenient for guests, and although they seem to want a smart check-in system, the machine doesn’t support it well, so I would recommend going back to manual check-in instead.
