The location is nice, but difficult to find in google map. Nice and clean apartment, but no utensils(fork,knife, spoon) and aircon is not that strong(28-31 degrees here in Vienna).

I booked from Thailand through the app to stay with my family. The room is very clean, the location is very good. Even though there is no receptionist, if we have a problem, the staff responds quickly and helps very well. Thank you very much.

Organised commutation.
Good location with shops and restaurants on your doorstop.
Apartment is keyless and modern.
Would highly recommend as a budget stay in the city centre

Location is great, 4min walk to metro, 10min walk to main station with tram and hop on hop off station.
Room was spacious but bed was a bit smaller than others stay. Cleanliness has room of improvement, towel wasn't so clean. Laundry available with to register prior or else, -2 floor has no line no WiFi, u will need to get up on the floor to do it. Air-conditioning was not controllable, after getting help from staff, they sent me manuals but not too useful. Luggage storage and check in via online getting code was easy. Any problems can reached the staff via WhatsApp, easily approachable.

Hotel was great. Very spacious. Has everything you need. Location is quite far from city center (40min walk). But easily reachable within +- 5 minutes by metro so not a big deal at all. It being only a 7 minute walk from the central station also makes it a great option for early morning departures.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely highly recommend it for early departures or if a good surrounding environment is not a must.
Notable Downsides:
- No safe
- No special amnenities like throwaway razors.
- Only one towel each (4 nights)
