Pros
1. Very responsive on WhatsApp
2. Clear and straightforward instructions for self-check in
3. Location is near a huge open “Turkish” market which has everything you need, particularly tasty and inexpensive street food
4. Lots of middle eastern restaurants nearby. Good breakfasts at Liman Resturant
5. Convenient to public transit. No use for me though. Prefer sightseeing on foot, 20 km a day
Cons
Mostly hardware/maitenence needs update.
1. One of the showers, water floods common area when in use
2. One of the bathrooms cannot be locked from inside, speaking of surprise by someone charging in while you on doing business. Another one, once locked from inside, it’s a struggle to unlock.
3. Linens/towels smell wety/musky because they are let dry in shady common area after being laundered
4. An entrance door cannot be opened from inside until someone showed me how to turn really HARD and force open
Basically, the place serves the purpose of having a place to shower and sleep, which suits me.
