Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel, Vienna

Very nice hotel

Definitely looking forward coming back. Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean room, good location.

The hotel is good and in a convenient location. Rooms are OK, with a minuscule "business desk" that is crammed between the wall and the bed, making you hit the corners of the bed every time you walk past the chair. Two layers of mattresses on the bed that shift independently so in the morning you might wake up on the edge of the bed. Very large bathroom and shower room with no privacy glass. None of the ventilators in the bathroom and toilet were working. TV did not work and needed two visits from maintenance staff to fix.

I was visiting my brother in Viena- that's why I chose it location wise. Apart from that there are few important things to point out while reviewing this hotel, so let's go point by point. Atmosphere: quite sophisticated yet very welcoming with a modern touch, fits all needs Cleanliness: nothing to complain about, house keeping was doing a good jobs, corridors and reception were clean as well Breakfast: fine but without anything spectacular, lacked some of local specialties, there was only apple strudel, but let's be honest, who apart from Americans eats cake for breakfast? Room: was spacious and cozy, nothing to complain about Service: attentive and carrying

I had the pleasure of interacting with the reception team between the 12th and the 15th, and I must say they were outstanding. Every receptionist I encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Thank you Valentina, Sara, Ermano, Triestine, Chiara for making it a lovely time for me and my family. Apologies if I left any name out. You were also very flexible and easy to deal with, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. What stood out most was the consistency of their service, no matter who was on duty, the level of professionalism and warmth never wavered. Their ability to anticipate needs and make guests feel comfortable created a memorable impression that I truly appreciated. Plus the upgrades ... I will gladly recommend Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. The location in addition to all the above is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
