Motel One Wien-Donau City

Staff lovely, location good as there’s two stations nearby. There is an aldi and bakery 2 mins away No tea and coffee facilities or fridge in the room but other than that all was good

Value for money and convenience !

I faced the most unprofessional attitude from the receptionists. A male recipient and his male manager refused to respond to my simple request to have more pillows in the room and insisted on giving me a long lecture about the standard of Motel one and how my request is violating these untouchable standards.

manager refused to let us check in and he had an attitude and made us leave the hotel while we booked 3 rooms online, we had to look for a hotel in short notice with limited hotel availability and higher cost!!!

after arriving to hotel after long trip, the manager did not let us check in and he unfriendly cancelled our booking! we had t o leave on 27 may at 8 pm trying to find a reservation in another hotel on short notice which affected us Financial and emotional!!!!

the staff at the reception were not helpfuduring check in and the manager refused to let us check in although we made reservation 2 months ago and he cancelled the booking as ' he does not want us in his hotel' !!!!

We enjoyed our 1 night stay here in Vienna! It’s a bit far away from city centre, but very close to the conference centre where EGU is held. Room was clean and a good size. Less than 10 minute walk to the metro and close to the river!

Standard comfortable MotelOne room. Location is great with the Austria Center Vienna within walking distance and Vienna city centre by metro (10 minutes). Breakfast was very generous and delicious. The only minor issue is that the hotel entrance is not easily signposted so it take a bit to actually find it
