You live in a renovated private apartment in a town house from the Wilhelminian style built in Art Nouveau style in the 3rd District of Vienna in the city center. The great location on the third floor and corner apartment gives you an unobstructed view of the Danube Canal. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Rochusmarkt (underground station Rochusgasse) from where the U3 takes you to Stephansplatz in a few minutes. The Belvedere Palace and the Hundertwasser House Vienna can also be reached by a short walk. The proximity to the airport and the Vienna Prater with the popular amusement park 'Wurstelprater' and the famous Vienna Ferris wheel, its forests and meadows round off the top location. The recreation area is ideal for long walks or jogging. The Danube Canal (jogging, cycling, excursion boats) is also on the doorstep! The Vienna exhibition center can be reached quickly on foot, in public or by car.
