Location very good, near transport. Staff is nice, room is excellent except the windows is damaged.

Convenient hotel in the center. Good size room. Clean. We had slightly noisy room overlooking the road. Restaurant was small, and there was not much variety of foods, such as having no fish or salmon was unusual for 5 stars. I would say buffet was a good 4*.

Money stolen in the hotel. On the day of check in , I was told to wait until 3pm. After settling everything and went out for a while. On returning to my room, a strange woman wait near my room and said she found our keys on ground floor. She thought we have already checked out and went into our room. She then disappeared. On returning our room, we found one thousand euros and several credit cards lost. The matter was told to reception but seemed they couldn’t do anything.

Good location and room size… service is efficient but not warm and don’t expect any help with your luggage if you check out before 7:00 am

Everything was clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is large, but the shower area may be a little on the narrow side. Service is excellent. Check in check out was fast and smooth. Quiet area but convenient.

The location is very good, walking distance to city centre. Next to tram and subway station. Staff are very friendly，room is clean. Breakfast also good quality.

The hotel is right at the heart of the city and quite good with all its qualities. Nice bedding and spacious room. We had really enjoyed the stay.
