It was an excellent experience overall. The service was outstanding, the facilities were very clean and comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was clean and quite spacious. Tram No. 25 is right outside the hotel, making public transport very convenient. There's also a Billa supermarket and McDonald's nearby, which makes dining options very accessible.

genuinely hated the stay here. Not worth the price despite it being cheap. Room is smelly, small, and dirty. Stay at your own risk.

The room is clean, and the location is good, but the room internet is very unstable to unuseable. Also, the reception dont let me check in, which is fine, but while I do the bag, he let another customer do early check-in.

On a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!

The room was clean and there was daily housekeeping It was also 10 min from the train station Main downside was that the internet connection was very weak though maybe it’s cos I was on the top floor

The room was spotless, and the location is incredibly convenient for transport. The supermarket directly opposite opens bright and early at 7:30 AM, offering freshly prepared sandwiches. Plus, there's a McDonald's just around the corner. Breakfast portions were very generous and satisfying.

Avoid this property. I attempted to cancel two weeks in advance—no one picked up the phone and no emails were answered. When I showed up in person, the front desk claimed their phone had been “down for two weeks” and promised a confirmation email so I could cancel through the platform. That email never arrived. This wasn’t a misunderstanding; it was zero accountability and deliberate unresponsiveness that blocked any fair cancellation.

Good location. Breakfast was good. The room was clean, but on daily cleaning, only dustbin gets empty, not complete bathroom cleaning, which was a bit annoying. But overall, it was a good place to live. Issue was Internet connection in some rooms BUT the most important thing is very cooperative staff especially wialona ( I hope It's correct spelling) a young lady at check in and check out and on counter daily was very very help

Place is simple but ok, breakfast isn't the best + people is friendly but not much can be done! Hotel don't have a step free acess + no many of the care!

Pathetic receiption service no clue about services and no ac Had to visut 5 times to ask for fan and 3 times for soap which wr did not get at all
