Le Méridien Vienna

Location is excellent. Room quality is tip top. Amenities is perfect. Room is also sizable. Only thing is corridor lights are sensor so you face long dark corridors which can be quite scary.

Room price not clear. 3 person bedroom charged extra euro 100/night regardless of whether or not an extra bed is added although we have already paid 50% more. Hotel puts responsibility to travel agent which we book our rooms we do not have this problem with our hotels in Prague, Budapest, Salzburg and Zurich. le Meridian Vienna is the only hotel that makes extra charge and does not review its policy. It simply put the blame on travel agent.

Charges extra euro100 per night even though paid 50%higher rate for 3 person room and extra bed is not asked for but provided automatically. Our child is still napkin tied and sleeps with his parents. The manger is not helpful and put all responsibilities on our traval agent Trip.com

Nice Experience!

It is located at the edge of 1 District so it’s close to many places of interest, food, and shopping. The hotel is clean and spacious and also very near the underground subway which brings you basically to many places in Vienna. Two things which I didn’t fancy was the small gym in the basement with the lack of strength equipment in general, and that they only give you one bottle of complimentary water per day.

Hotel with perfect location and good price/quality ratio.

The service and the room setting are good. Although they arrange the room that is the last room. They help me to pick luggage before checking in and after checking out! The bathroom is fine. But you need to get how to have a shower more easily. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is the best. Finally, the reception always helped me to charge my mobile phone and power bank batteries. The reception cares my safety and help me to confirm the car picked me correct or not. Well done. Safe trip!
