Parkview Boutique Apartments

The Parkview Residence is a good choice for a long stay in Vienna. We stayed for 4 nights in room 2/30, a 1 bedroom self contained apartment overlooking the Stadtpark. We chose this apartment for the price, size and location. It was a 15min walk to Vienna's State Opera and 20mins to Hofburg and only 3mins to the train station at Stadtpark for the 25min trip to Schonbrunn Palace. We found the staff to be most helpful, friendly and informative. The apartment building is in the middle of renovations/repairs but no noise was heard but it did look a little messy in the corridors. The apartment itself was a good size, had a washing machine and clothes airer (all items dried easily in the room), kitchen and was serviced daily if requested. Parking is available, about 200ms from the apartments themselves but is very tight. I would recommend staying here if visiting Vienna for more than a couple of days for the convenience of a self contained apartment, parking and the cost.

My wife and I stayed four nights at Parkview Boutique Apartments on our trip to Vienna this past summer. I picked this apartment because it is located across the street from Stadtpark, which is an wonderful park. We strolled through the park once or twice each day of our stay. I also picked Parkview because the apartment is very spacious with high ceilings. We took away food from one of the restaurants where we dined and warmed it up for lunch one day. It was an exceptional stay for us.

Excellent Aparthotel in an old building across the road from Stadtpark. Decent sized apartments, we stayed at the Blue Donau. Super clean, good quality bedding and towels, very well equipped with anything you may need, includes a kitchenette with all amenities. Staff are amazing, thank you Axel and Milos for all your help!

Great place to stay in Vienna. Spacious, wenn equipped and comfortable apartment in a very central location with underground and train station close by. The city center with the main attractions Stephansdom and Hofburg are in foot walking distance. Breakfast is served in the restaurant of the building. Great restaurants for dinner are in foot walking distance, too. Or cook your own in the kitchenette.

This is an aparthotel in a traditional townhouse in Vienna. Space is generous, ambiente nice. The staff was very attentive. We had a few problems with Wifi which were easily solved. The place is centrally located. We were able reach most of Vienna's attractions by foot. The next railway station is also quite close. The kitchenette is not that well equipped. However, there is a Nespresso machine with free supply. The stay was not cheap but alright for Vienna.

Excellent location across from well maintained Stadtpark and and just a 5 minute walk to the Ring. Very clean. Newly renovated kitchen (but needs new dishes) and newly renovated bathroom. Clothes washer a big plus. Staff were very kind and most helpful! Very good value for money.
