The room was spacious and even had a bathtub with hot water. The breakfast was also very rich. The hotel is not far from Schönbrunn Palace, and there's a great Western restaurant nearby where I had delicious pork ribs. Highly recommended!

Great location, right next to the metro station. The staff was very friendly—especially Aleksandar at the reception, who gave us a warm and pleasant welcome. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience—we really enjoyed our stay!

Located near schönbrunn and manyetro and bus station around as well as supermarket and restaurants, location is top ... Also mit far from 2 train station ... 1 pillow was dirty 😅 No welcome drinks ... The shampoo was empty, The bed and room was nice was nice other than that nothing worth mentioning

The hotel didn't call beforehand to tell me I'd be charged for a late checkout if I exceeded the checkout time. Ctrip stated 12 PM for checkout, but the front desk insisted 11 AM was the official time. It's my fault for not paying attention and only checking out at 1 PM. Initially, they wanted to charge me for two hours, which I was ready to accept. However, when I pointed out that Ctrip showed a 12 PM checkout, the front desk agreed to charge me only 15 Euros. Yet, another guest checking out at the same time wasn't charged. When I asked why, the front desk said it was because they were members. This is ridiculous, as I've stayed at this hotel for over 20 nights! After a heated discussion, the front desk just told me I could leave. So, I have to wonder, is this late checkout fee policy arbitrary? Does it depend on who you are, or is it just up to the front desk's discretion? This room also had a strange, unpleasant odor, and the hotel's shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. A very poor experience overall.
