Apartments City Center

I feel this property manages a bait and switch program. The communications were not good regarding the location. The picture and description on the website list it as inner city. We were dropped off by an Uber at the location listed on the website. Needless to say our apartment was in a different location. We missed a tour and used three separate Ubers until we finally arrived at the property. Communication with the property manager was miserable. The unit itself was nicely appointed but overall first impressions were terrible. Not to mention a complete lack of owning the problem once it was identified. After reading reviews I have discovered I am not the first to have such an experience. Shame on Sky9. You should and could do much better

It was very comfortable. Lots of room. Location was great. One English tv station would have been nice.

Poor quality apartment in nice location Nice location for a one bedroom apartment, but… The smell of garbage permeates the lobby as the garbage room is right next to the elevator. We found blood on the fitted sheet of the pull out couch, a pillow, and blood on the side of the couch. When we found the spare sheets they were in a ball in the bottom of a cabinet dusty and dirty. We found hairballs on the bathroom floor and no soap in the soap dispenser. There was no ice tray for making ice and the freezer was very dirty with the handle to open it broken. The wood floor has many dents and scratches. The walls are very dirty with marks, dents, and scratches. The bedroom AC unit spontaneously stopped working periodically and needed to be reset to start working again. When messaging management we received an apology and they would take the issue up with their cleaning service. Poor quality apartment in a nice location with an average price. Difficult to recommend.

Great Vienna location Excellent location, had everything we needed for a great stay in Vienna. Train station is right downstairs and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

It was a very great location. The apartment was nice and comfortable, but the AC just did not cool very well and it was very hot that week. The shower was kind of small and there was not a lot of counterspace. The apartment was non-smoking, but you could smell smoke coming from the other units when you go into the bathroom.

We had to wait 1 hr in the freezing cold outside the apartment buildings bc the entrance button wasn't working. Thank god some stranger came to open it because when I called Sky9, they didn't know how to help us.
