I booked a room at this hotel for an upcoming birthday in November, 2024. On January 10th, I tried to book the same date in November on their main website, unfortunately the date glitched to the same date I booked it. I contacted the hotel by phone and email as soon as I realised, but they still insisted on charging me for one night’s stay. I even received an email from the General Manager (which was very rude and inconsiderate). Happy to say that I have found a much better hotel to stay in. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this hotel.

Clean, welcoming made me smile.loved our stay fantastic rooms , 10 minute walk from centre. Staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, staff at breakfast worked so hard but always with a smile. This hotel made our stay perfect, thank you . Biggest Christmas Market a short walk away

A nice hotel in a great location. Staff friendly, room spacious, (superior) and a nice balcony. Bed comfy, asked for another pillow and this wasn’t a problem. Shower fantastic, and the room was spotless and serviced every day. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value well situated hotel ideal for city sightseeing. We had a superior room with a balcony overlooking the rear gardens, well worth the extra. Large comfy beds, well appointed room and free room safe. Large choice buffet breakfast included with friendly and very helpful staff.

Great breakfast! Excellent room. Staff in the lobby always had gingerbread cookies and hot punch for guests! Such a treat at the end of a busy day!

I really recommend this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were especially hospitable and went out of their way to help us, e.g., they opened up breakfast for us early when we had to leave ahead of the usual opening time, without us asking! The hotel is very central too, with plenty of things to do within walking distance. Thank you Hotel Zipser for a wonderful stay :)

We stayed here for 3 nights in room 212 over-looking the garden with a large shared terrace. The room was quiet and reasonably sized. The bathroom had a modern shower. The buffet breakfast had many options and was quite good. The best part is the proximity to the Christmas market at Rathausplatz. It's barely a 10 minute walk away. It's also within walking distance to the market at Maria-Theresien-Platz. St Stephen's is also walkable but Vienna has a good public transit system. The one downside is that parking is in a public garage almost 2 blocks away. Apart from that, it was an excellent stay.
