All the communal areas smell terrible: a mixture of rotting cabbage and tomatoes! I have never experienced anything so bad in a hotel in my life and I've been to many. The only remedy was to open the windows of the room: not good in February. And then we found the heating/thermostat was malfunctioning... I would recommend staying away from this place to anyone.

The hotel is nice but the street in front is blocked at one end and torn to pieces. Many taxis don't want to go there. I left early due to the inconvenience. The hotel staff is only helpful to a point and I think that the situation was misrepresented by the hotel prior to my arrival. As far as I am concerned, they should have reimbursed me for the final night. I have addressed this with them but received no response.

Not bad overall - room spacious but dark as the view was out to some dirty air conditioning units in the middle of the building, with other windows meaning you had to keep curtains closed. Staff ok, food was very good however. Location pretty good, 5 mins walk from a main metro station. Would definitely say it's more equivalent to a 3 star then 4...

A lovely rear outdoor seating area with good sized tables and shading. Our meals are all served in a timely manner. The food was excellent. The only downside was our photographs taken ver kindly by the waitress. When we looked at our group photograph one of the waiters had photo bombed our photo behind the glass doors and was doing the V sign. How unprofessional of him! We couldn’t fault the actual restaurant though as far as food and service went.

There was absolutely nothing bad about this hotel. Staff were exceptional and very accommodating. My room was beautiful and clean with lovely views of the courtyard. It was so quiet and I felt extremely safe staying here as a lone traveller.

The hotel cleanliness is definitely its plus point, the room is spacious, it has refrigerator, and has decent amenities. The staffs were super helpful and there is a fantastic restaurant attached next door. However, some rooms have no internet access due to the WiFi does not reach there.

Being around, We only came here to eat. The food it's good, but not great. Big/very big portions. Normal price range. Place look nice, clean. Staff is very nice and friendly. They produce beer which is good. I recommend to visit this restaurant.

We booked this hotel purely on it's close proximity (one tube stop) from Wiener Stadthalle stadium where we were seeing 'Simply Red' postponed due to Covid. What a little gem! It didn't look 'all that' when we arrived to be honest, but once inside we were served by a very cheerful young lady and then went on to have a super lunch in the bar/restaurant area. Whilst the rooms are fairly basic, they beds were comfy and it was scrupulously clean, with the largest bathroom i think i have ever had. the food was very nice and quite reasonable for the amount you received. Breakfast was plentiful with a choice of hot and cold buffet items. Staff without exception were professional and friendly. It is only 5 minute to the nearest tube station - Westbahnhof - and we purchased tickets from a machine on the platform - in english for 48 hours. Fairly easy to navigate and we traveled to the (fabulous) main christmas market near the government building, the concert venue and Stephansplatz where the designer shops, horse drawn carriage trips etc were. I wouldn't hesitate in booking here again. To make it a 10/10 i'd like to have seen an in room telephone and tea and coffee making facilities
