It's close to the tram station so it's easy to get to. There's a supermarket next door so it's convenient for shopping. The rooms are generally clean. Recommended for people on a moderate budget.

Decent but under renovation Decent hotel, small rooms but with space enough for a couple of days. Check in and check out was easy and it was clean. The hotel is under renovation, hopefully soon will look better.

The check in is supposed to be automated, One should receive an email with details of the room number and the code for the key holder. But the email we got had 'insert the number here' instead of the numbers. This led to a 30 minute phone-call because the hotel rep was so incompetent that she could not find the reservation. The worst of all was the staff in the breakfast room. Never seen something like this in my life - I was asked to open my bag and prove that I did not nick any food for later. And I am 66 years old! What a disgrace. Finally room keys seem to work for one day only. We stayed five nights and had to get them reset four times! Other than all this, the hotel would have been a fine 3* star hotel. The staff make it a zero-star hotel.
