Location: The hotel is centrally located in Vienna, offering easy access to major attractions like Stephansplatz, the Graben pedestrian street, and nearby metro stations. Its proximity to cultural landmarks, cafes, and shopping areas enhances convenience for guests exploring the city.

It was splendid we visited Vienna in February it was quite facile to divulge the location of the hotel since it was conspicious and wer were greeted by an amicable,kind,benevolent receptionist,who had briefly and evidently the fundamental information about the hotel,forbye other employees were courteous and well disposed,furthermore our room was extremely clean and our bed was comfortable and snug akinly bathroom was also in a good trim and clean eke the internet speed was adequate the insulation of heat and central heating was well.Moreover the breakfast was fabulous there were many kinds of abundant food in the open buffeet,which were fresh,savory.What’s more the location could not have been better it is situated in the heart of vienna, exact opposite(150meters aprox) Stephansplatz U Bahn in Innere Stadt.Apart from that possessing a super market beneath the hotel was a big plus for us there is nothing negative I could utter about this hotel.In case you pay a visit to Vienna consider accomodating in this hotel,which provises a superior price-quality ratio Thank you everyone for the great service provided that I come Vienna in future I would definetely opt to stay there

We stayed here for 4 nights in December and it was not cheap. The city centre location is excellent with attentive, knowledgeable staff and hearty breakfast provided. What the glossy promotional photo and video does not show is that there are at least 6 rooms (we were 45 - 3rd floor) that face the internal lightwell and in winter this means the single ceiling light needing to be on at all times. These rooms should come with either a health warning in Winter or let at a maximum discount. The room was an essay in brown! Brown ceilings, brown 1/2 wall panelling, brown furniture. The furniture seems to be leftover from the 1970s and is not fit for purpose in the 21st century. There were no facilities to make a hot drink either in the room or communally. There were inadequate sockets - one should not have to scrabble at the side of the bed to choose between bedside lights or charger. The "shower" is located centrally and is ideal for people les than 1.6m tall. The shower's location also ensures the maximum amount of water on the bathroom floor since the splash screen is at one end. The general decor is tired in the common areas with chipped and flaking paint prevalent.
