The room is very clean, the breakfast is very rich, the location is very good, you can walk to the Danube in 5 minutes, the night view is super beautiful!

Excellent hotel - Quiet , central location . Highly recommended. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Staff - very friendly & helpful. Two double Rooms - both essentially equipped & clean. Although the smaller room was very hot. Airport bus - No 8 pickup (Val line2) outside front doors of airport (10.50 Euro one way) drop 5 min walk to hotel. Very convenient. Taxi to airport- booked with front house team. (4 people (50 Euro). Restaurants/cafes - on the doorstep! Lots of choice within a few minutes walk.

I spent 3 days for a quick visit of Vienna and stayed at Mecure Vienna First with my wife. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, near of everything and public transportation. All the staff of the hotel is highly kind, professional and helpful to assist for a great experience of Vienna.

The location of the hotel is great, as it’s walking distance to a lot of Viennas most visited sites and also a close distance from the subway, which can take you further out from the city centre. The room was also good, although a bit small, but no real complaint, just an observation. What brings this hotel down is the breakfast. There’s nothing done right in there. The coffee is bad (which I don’t get, because they have a fancy espresso machine up front, but they get the coffee from the back?!), the scrambled eggs are bad, the juice is bad… Everything just feels cheap and without any thought. With a better breakfast, this would be a really really good hotel. A bit of a shame.

Amazing central location. Rooms are nicely decorated and very modern. All basic necessaries are provided. Fresh water is also provided in the mini bar along with coffee facilities. Breakfast was good with a variety of options with fresh food items. Reception staff were always very helpful, all speak very good English.

I stayed in this hotel for a week and had a great stay. The hotel is modern, clean and in great central location on a quiet street but close to St. Stephens square. But the stand out for me was the great customer service - all the staff we encountered from cleaners to front of house were very friendly and welcoming. The best customer service I have ever received in hotel!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Mercure Vienna First. Hotel is located in the quiet and safe part of the old town, in an old but refurbished building. Hotel co-operates with an underground parking less than 200 m away (28 eur / 24h). With my Accor card I received upgrade and a complimentary drink. My room was large, clean and well equiped. Good value for money and kind staff. I truly recommend!

Priviledge room on 5th floor has only roof window. Very hot room and no views since roof room. Standard modern with very nice bathroom and shower. Beds ok byt really no comfort to sit down in the room. Too expensive for this standard and rating is too high. Hotel location has breakfast but it is not special and has really ordinary choices, no great selections and seating is uncomfortable and area inconvenient and warm. There is not a bar as per definition bar. We were somewhat disappointed since very high prickig per night. Would not go here again.

all good reviews are bought. we are staying currently in room 123 and 126. air conditioning sucks. we had to open windows. they havent sent someone to clean the room in 2 days. bed mattress is hard. pillows are pathetically thin.
