No toothbrush, no slippers, no cleaning. Front desk service hours are from 8:00 to 22:00. The kitchen is well equipped, but unfortunately we didn't use it. The hotel is a simple apartment decoration, very exquisite. No breakfast served. There is a tram track at the door.

We arrived to a welcoming smile and explanation of the hotel. Then we were taken to the aprtment and given a short explanation. The apartment faces the back, noiseless, decent size bathroom, with heater rails for towels, fully outfitted kitchen, Flat screen T.V and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are most pleasant and helpful even had umbrellas for use when it rained. Sleep quality was over the moon as one does hear anything! Location is on a tram route and a station for train and u-train is a 5 minute walk away. Convenient when coming from or going to the airport. Highly highly recommended!!

The stay in this hotel was exceptional. We were greeted by the staff, very polite and cultured. Our apartment was prepared perfectly, clean. This hotel is a 25-minute walk from the center of Vienna. You can use the proximity of public transport: tram, bus, or metro.

I want to inform you about the hostile attitude of some hotel workers towards guests from Israel, for example Bakir Uruzaliev. I was very disapointed. I want to inform you about the hostile attitude of some hotel workers towards guests from Israel, for example Bakir Uruzaliev

This hotel is an excellent place to relax. The rooms are very clean and very well equiped. The bathroom was large and very clean with plenty of clean towels and tissues and .... the beds were clean and comfortable. Large closets and luggage racks, dinning table, a very well designed kitchen with whatever you might need, an espresso machine, dish washer, frdge, toaster, stove, and all the dishes and cutlery one would need. On top of all these, the rooms have very pleasent patios and balconies. This was my second experience in Park73, Aug 23 and July 24. I'd recommend ghis place to all my friends.

Fabulous stay at the Townhouse Vienna. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartments were clean and welcoming, all needs catered for, kitchen was a nice touch and a very spacious bathroom! Lovely outside space and sun terrace! Highly recommend for a stay in the city!

This is one of the best run hotels anywhere. Great value for money. So much better than a standard hotel room. At the Park73 we had a suite with spacious bedroom, living room area and kitchen with oven, dishwasher and full size fridge and freezer. It’s a short 3 minute walk to the streetcar so you can get anywhere very easily. Staff were so helpful, everything was super clean and comfortable.

The service was extremely kind and polite, the rooms were very clean and well-equipped. The hotel was near bus stations and access to the city centre is very easy. The underground garage is available. Overall, the hotel is really nice and we recommend it :)

PROs: This hotel is almost perfect! It is very quiet and clean. The rooms are big and they are equipped with everything you need. The kitchen comes with a cooking machine, with a dishwasher and a big fridge, so you can cook your own food if you want. The staff is very friendly and they smile all the time. WIFI connection is good and stable. There is a big supermarket across the street. CONs: there is no restaurant in the hotel, meaning that you can not have a proper breakfast. There are no slippers in the room, so you have to buy them from supermarket. The coffee at the reception is very expensive: 4 Eur for a cup of coffe is too much! Cleaning is done every 3 days. I also found an interesting video review of this hotel on youtube, you can see everything in it.

I picked Parks73 because I needed a place close to family living in Vienna and was not overly enthused by what I was seeing for other hotels (really small rooms) or Airbnbs (seemed very sketchy) in the area. This place was perfect! Lots of space, well kept, quiet. We had a room with a balcony which was perfect for having my morning espresso (room had an espresso maker!). The room had a fully stocked kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom and living room. It's super close public transportation and to two grocery stores. Emil at the front desk helped us out a lot with questions and with reserving taxis. He was very polite and attentive with everything we asked. I speak "nur ein bisschen Deutsch" but it didn't matter as his English was perfect. Can not recommend this place enough!

Stayed here with my daughter for 5 days to see Vienna,, which should have been 2 years ago!! Finally met Alexander the Manager who had been so helpful with the numerous booking changes. Greeted with coffee and a smile on arrival and then shown to a perfect apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom and kitchen and spotlessly clean. Very quiet, lovely little balcony to sit on to have a cuppa first thing in the morning. Great location to explore the city, we walked from there each day to the centre. Spar supermarket opposite and cafes nearby. Highly recommend this as great location to explore Vienna. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Very nice hotel with large apartments, where you can even cook something because the kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are quiet, clean. The service is very helpful. A large underground parking lot.Internet slowly but not good.Verry nice design.

We stayed 4 nights, dedicating one day to visiting Bratislava, an hour away by train. We did the return with the Danube boat which takes you back to Vienna on the canal in the center where there are lots of restaurants directly on the river. Park 73 is a fantastic location, close to supermarkets and the 71 stop which takes you directly to the centre. Excellent cleanliness, almost four-poster beds and a restful quiet when you return from outside. Very nice modern furniture. Unfortunately, on the last evening I slipped in the shower, luckily without too much trauma.

A gem of a hotel with a welcome to match. We had a large and well-appointed apartment for 3 people (50m2) with 2 balconies, one of which overlooks the back of the hotel and the astonishing suites with terraces decorated with plants. possibility of tasting a local wine or a coffee on a terrace near the reception. Very good value for money. The underground parking is a little expensive (21 euros per day) but it is appreciable in Vienna where parking for non-residents is a real hassle. In addition there is a tram stop not far away and the Belvedere Castle is within walking distance.

The space is incredibly well-kept, beautiful! All the comforts and details have been designed to a truly high level. Everyone who worked on the design of the place is a genius. But then whoever manages it evidently knows nothing about hospitality, let me explain better! There is a beautiful fridge, a coffee machine, cutlery and everything very well looked after. Put 1 bottle of water in the fridge as one arrives tired, it's €0.25 but it's a treat. We stayed there for 4 days, they left us two coffee pods for €0.16 cents. moon. And we had to get them at the supermarket, but put 10/12 wafers in them (they're €1.80) there's a kettle for tea, do you think there were tea bags? In short, they are small gestures which, given the excellent level of the structure, would make the difference. AND then INCREDIBLE BUT TRUE, ON THE DAY OF THE CHECK OUT suddenly NAKED we find a guy in the ROOM AT 10.15am who opened the door with his PASSPARTOU to come and tell us that we had to go out. In short, excellent structure but put bags behind the door, because they are really outside. But it must be said that the place, staff aside, is really very welcoming!
