Heart of Vienna with Aircondition

There are a lot of stairs when you go in. You can avoid them by entering the hallway to the north, go to the 5th floor and wind around to the elevator. We had trouble checking in. Mostly my fault.

It is a great location, apartment was perfect for my family of 7, very clean, great air condition, very comfortable, only thing was communication but other than that it was great.

I was shocked and extremely disappointed by the unkept condition of our apartment. It didn’t look anything like the photos posted on their website. The ant infestation was the worst. The closet was full of dirty linens. It was the worst rental on our entire trip throughout Europe. The only redeeming value was the city view. Be sure you get what you paid for. I regret renting here and wish I had booked somewhere else. Also, best of luck in trying to discuss the many issues with them. They make a lot of excuses. For example: their answer to the broken front door deadbolt on the front door was that was not a part of their offering. therefore it wasn't broke. Almost laughable if it wasn't true. You might also ask to see current photo before booking the penthouse Don’t make the same mistake.

In my opinion, the apartment we stayed in was in horrible condition and the online photos' they display on ******* and their own website are deceiving and misrepresent the actual apartment's current condition and furnishings. I have never experienced this degree of variance between their photos and the the accommodations The apartment was also very dirty. There is no smoke detectors, no emergency evacuation plans, front door deadbolt broke, door to patio off hinges wi-fi not working, no working air-conditioning, ant infestation everywhere in the apartment including the shower, shower and sink wouldn't drain, stains on the walls and floors in bathroom, holes in wall that someone tried to patch. Furniture in their photos in some rooms did not exits. Closet was full of dirty linens. I question if anybody with the rental company is actually inspecting this apartment. The condition and deferred maintenance suggest they are not, or simply don't care about the guest experience. These are just some of the issues we encountered. I would strongly recommend considering other accommodations if you plan to visit Vienna.

Excellent location, well stocked with housewares, linens, and supplies, and fantastic communication with us prior to arrival.

Great location. Right next to all the things you want to see. Walkable to everything. Clean. Comfy bed. Modern amenities. Grocery 5 min walk. Absolutely would stay here during our next visit.
