Location is next to train station which is convenient for family traveling by train from airport/train terminal.

We often stay at this hotel when visiting the Vienna State Opera. It's conveniently located, clean, quiet, and offers excellent breakfast. I highly recommend it.

very very convenient, metro exit just downstairs. Has basic utensils for cooking. TV not smart function. Otherwise still clean. Has daily mini bar of sparkling water and beer. Staff friendly. Just that lifts can be abit small for luggage, may need multiple trips. Good view on the 5th floor!

The location is fantastic. 5 minutes to the opera and the Heidi Horton Museum. 10 minutes' walk to the museum district. A couple of minutes to the metro. Room: high ceilings, very spacious. A standard, well-maintained room: nothing fancy, but comfortable. Unlimited water in the lobby. Breakfast was modest, but there was something to eat.

I really liked the hotel! Very convenient location. Polite staff. There is coffee at the reception.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the subway station, and most major attractions are within walking distance. The room is very spacious.

The location is very close to the Golden Hall. The room was old, and I forgot to check out at 11 am. When I returned around 1 pm, I was asked to pay 60 euros. The attitude was very cold and there was no room for negotiation. Other hotels didn't have this problem. And there was no prior notice. The next hotel I stayed at didn't have this issue at all.

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the center of Vienna. The Opera House, the venue for the Mozart concert, Hotel Sacher, famous for Sachertorte, St. Stephen's Cathedral, and the Sisi Museum were all within walking distance. The subway station was right in front of the hotel, the tram station was just a few minutes away, and there were three bakeries nearby that were open from 6am, as well as a cafe that was open in the morning. It was very convenient, with a supermarket that sells deli goods just a few minutes walk away. Regarding the accommodation, I had a problem with my credit card when I arrived and was unable to pay immediately, but they said I could rest in my room even if it was the next day, which was very helpful. Many of the staff members greeted me with a smile, and it was a warm hotel. A female staff member with a cute smile greeted me with a smile every morning and when I returned home, which made it very comfortable. As for the room, it was very good! However, I had only one complaint. Although the room was very spacious, the bathroom was small for some reason, so I gave up on filling the bathtub with hot water. Other than that, it was great. I asked the hotel twice, when I made the reservation and when I spoke to the local Japanese who was our guide, whether there was a microwave, but both times they said there wasn't. From the photos of the room, there was a microwave-like appliance on the shelf above the kitchen, so I thought it might be an oven, but there was both an oven and a microwave. I was very satisfied with being able to heat up the deli food from the supermarket and reheat bread in the oven. There is a kitchen, but it doesn't seem like a good place to cook. However, as mentioned above, there is a microwave and an oven, and there is also a dishwasher, so you don't have to do the washing up, and there is a separate dining space, so I was able to spend my stay very comfortably. There was flavored water and an espresso machine in the lobby, which I was able to drink freely. Both were very delicious, and the lobby was small but classical and luxurious, and I was very relaxed. I asked for a round trip airport transfer, and it was a Mercedes van, which was very comfortable and great. I stayed for 6 nights, but Vienna in August was much hotter than I expected, so I did some sightseeing early in the morning, returned to the hotel during the day, and then went out to listen to music in the evening when it had cooled down a bit. I was able to stay very comfortably at this hotel, which is very close to the center of town and convenient for public transportation. Considering the location, I felt it was quite reasonable. If I go to Vienna again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

The decoration and interior are very distinctive, and the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. What I particularly like is the location of the hotel, which is in the tourist hotspot of Vienna. About 100 meters from the Opera House and the sightseeing station, it is also not far from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, the Musikverein, Charles Church and the City Park. It is convenient to eat, shop, take buses and take the subway around. The sightseeing bus will be timed from the time you purchase the ticket. Do not buy tickets in advance.

Very satisfied, convenient transportation

The location is extremely advantageous, with two subway lines at the door, the National Opera House within easy reach, and other core classics within walking distance (Schönbrunn Palace needs to take the subway). The room is on the top floor and the facilities are a bit old, especially the elevator is very small and can only accommodate four people at the same time. You still need a key to open the door. There is a seating area in the lobby, coffee and lemonade are available at any time, and the service staff are courteous. There are two drawbacks: one is that the attic curtains do not block light and were broken once; the other is that the laundry room is on the ground floor, which makes it a bit uneasy when no one is around.

The location is at the entrance to the ring, making it easy to get to Sahe, one of the top three coffee shops, and the tram is right in front. There is a grand restaurant across the street (good to eat) Additionally, the staff were very friendly (I tipped them without realizing it). However, the elevator is small.. However, beer/carbonated water is provided every day. good

房間坐落在老城區，出行方便，去金色大廳還是景點都可步行，位置上還是非常棒的，房間比較有當地特色，裏面佈置的很有特點，還帶了一個餐桌，吃東西很方便
