Good price, professional service, nice and everyday clean acomodation, nice location walking distance to the cathedral. Did not try the breakfast

Can't fault this hotel! Lovely staff, very welcoming, comfortable and very clean room, breakfast buffet was of excellent quality, 24 hour bar with a nice vibe. The location is excellent too- 5 minutes from Praterstern station ( take s7 train from airport, takes 30 minutes and is great value)

Chinese owned say no more !!! Air con wasn’t working went down stairs and they adjusted it at reception Came back to room and aircon went nice and cold Went out for dinner come home turned on and wouldn’t go below 22.9 degrees Phoned reception guy came up and said only goes to 20 degrees but it’s stayed on 22.9 but been on that for over a hour He was arrogant and said you don’t want it colder They adjusted temperature downstairs to save themselves money that’s it as it was icy cold in the afternoon The owners even take the bath plug away so you can’t have a bath and use too much water Better places to stay !!!

The location was very convenient for us, as there is good access to the trains. The staff is also nice. And the pastry selection is good for breakfast. On the other hand: - Why do you need to make an online check-in and pre-fill the data, if you have to do it on the spot again? - On the check-in, we were given a single room (although we had booked a double). Because someone mixed up the keys. When giving us double room keys, they said: be careful, because someone may be sleeping there. Really? - There were no amenities in the room - someone had already drunk the coffee, and there was only one teabag and one portion of milk. - In the hot weather, 2 very flimsy and weak fans don't help, unfortunately. - A socket next to the sofa does not work. - Breakfast is mediocre, sorry (from the hot dishes - only a pre-made omelet and some sausages are floating in the hot water). Some a la carte (at least) eggs would elevate the whole experience. - We checked out already some days ago, but they still spam us with the notifications like 'are you ready for check-out'. Overall, it's a rather dated hotel that needs a lot of love to justify the price.

Great stay at the Hotel Vienna. Lovely little boutique hotel, staff were amazing and very welcoming especially the receptionist / barman Ingo who was a real credit to the hotel. Close to the main city centre, our room was a bit warm as no air con and the glass door to the bathroom was different but we would definitely stay here again

In the luxury suite, the heating didn't work properly, the shower dripped, there was no water, no glasses, and no enough towels. Breakfast consisted of products from the discount store next door, which were only sparingly replenished. The price of this pleasure was 307 euros per night.

Would I check in there again? Yes! We stayed there from December 30th, 2024 to January 3rd, 2025. The hotel is close to the Prater and various public transport options - but it was absolutely quiet at night in our room (2nd floor facing the street). The junior suite was nice and spacious and had a large bathroom. In the bathroom we would have liked a lamp on/near the mirror. The lighting conditions are not that great (e.g. for putting on make-up or shaving). Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all - we would gladly come back. :-)

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the beginning of June. The room was well furnished, well maintained and quiet. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and of the highest quality. And last but not least: whether at reception, at the breakfast buffet or at room service, all employees were always helpful and friendly. We would love to come back!

English: Hotel a few minutes from the subway station in a neighborhood with bars and restaurants and close to the Prater. Good welcome to guests and availability to the customer with suggestions and advice, a receptionist speaks fluent Italian. Rooms are quite large (we had the deluxe, although I had a small doubt that perhaps it was not the one booked through a well-known site) however quite comfortable, even if the mattresses are not thick and too soft and were not the most comfortable (but this is subjective) and the pillows were not better. Breakfast is abundant and varied with a preponderance on the savoury. Empty minibar available to customers as well as a kettle and coffee machine with pods only on the first day. The availability of satellite and cable TV was specified in the reservation which, at least in the rooms assigned to us and our friends, was not present, and when asked they said they could not provide it for unspecified problems (this is also where the doubt about the type of room assigned came from). There are some flaws for a four star hotel: there is no air conditioning and, if for us it was not a big problem, even if with the windows open there is a bit of disturbance given the proximity to other buildings, I imagine in August. In the windowless bathroom there is no extractor fan at all, the curtains had several holes. The soundproofing is not optimal. The experience however was positive.

Excellent continental buffet breakfast, plentiful, varied and quality, 5 star hotel, I would say. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable and orthopedic beds. Hotel location 10 minutes walk from Praterstern station, terminus of the train coming from Vienna airport (S-bahn 7) in 20 minutes and connected by subway to the center with only 3 stops to the Stephanplatz Cathedral. With subway line 4 you go to the stop for the Belvedere Palace in just 10 minutes. The only flaw could be the closing door of the bathroom of the room, which, being glass, even if not completely transparent, does not excel for "privacy".

The room is nice and functionally furnished. Unfortunately there is no closet, which is not necessary for an overnight stay but is a bit of a problem if you are staying longer. The breakfast is brilliant, there is almost everything except fish and there are different types of juice and milk. There are rolls, different strudels and croissants. The staff is great! Very friendly and accommodating, they are available 24/365 and always in a good mood. Unfortunately we could not try the outside terrace because the weather was too bad and cold! There are some very good restaurants and bars nearby.

A great experience with good staff and an unconventional boss. The service was really good and the facilities were also OK. You can tell that you really care about your guests. We felt very comfortable with you and will definitely come back...
