Nearby the main train station HBF, just a less than 10mins walk distance, but if you call taxi, the car couldn’t drive until in front of the hotel, you’ll have to walk a little bit to reach the road
Cozy and kinda quiet room at nighttime because is surrounded local residents houses
The room and toilet a bit small for 3 pax, have to prepare extension if you’re in a big group cause the charging socket only 3-4 and not near to the bed
But then so far this hotel was good enough

No toothbrush, water boiler and slippers
No shampoo, only provides a shower gel combined with hair wash, hair become oily after using it, quite disappointed
Quite hot inside the room and no air conditioner
People in reception is nice and friendly
It is nearby the central train station and it is good

Rooms basic but adequate, clean and good location within immediate neighborhood of main station. Pleasant and quiet, the zone is pedestrian area but no nightclubs

We arrived at noon. The receptionist guy was weird in handling customer check-in. We didn't like his behaviour taunting with regards to the booked room & ID proof.

It was so good and the room was very clean that I and my friend could stay comfortable for all the day.

Check the list of things before you book. Water kettle is not available.
Staff helped with microwave to heat up food. That was kind.
When asked for hot water for the first time, we were made clear by the staff that providing hot water is not a usual thing and it's an exception and gave us one cup of hot water.
When we asked for one more cup after an hour, we got denied🙁.
Overall value for money considering location but it would be great if they can accommodate small requests and be helpful.
