Great rooms. But horrible service In an effort to be stylish, digital and modern, they have got rid of any personal contact, which basically means if you are an international guest traveling from another country, you have to talk to their bot on watsapp. If they cut down the receptionist, atleast they should have real people respond to watsapp and not a robot. Rooms are ok. The ac in our room was not working and it was a nightmare to get it fixed. I exchanged some 50+ messages with the robot on watsapp and finally gave up and slept in a heaty place. It’s in a decent location if you can take train to city center. Parking on the street is a big hassle. Just an average hotel that misses the point by trying to be digital. As a traveler, I want to speak to people at a hotel and if I have an issue deal with real people.
