7th Heaven Vienna Center Apartments

Best room It was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. Annika, who welcomed us, was very helpful and friendly. She provided us with detailed information. The room had almost everything, a very detailed city guide and even a playstation 5 to play games! The room was clean and comfortable.

We chose 7th Heaven (Sissi) for a 60th birthday treat. From the day we booked the customer service and attention was excellent. Clemens replied almost immediately with a warm welcome and answered questions very thoroughly - it was so reassuring. He was professional and friendly. We were arriving in the morning and Clemens said we could store our bags in a locked store on arrival and go and enjoy breakfast and a stroll while we waited for the apartment to be ready. At the apartment we were welcomed by Jakob,also a lovely person, and he was so helpful and pleasant. He stored our bags, told us about breakfast cafes and then later, as promised, he texted to say our apartment was ready (2 hours before check-in). He was thorough in showing how things worked, where to go, where to shop etc. In the apartment is an amazing file filled with information, restaurants, things to do, transport etc - it must have taken someone ages to compile. Our apartment was beautiful, very tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and very well equipped. The location is perfect and felt very central and close to everything. Oh, and we had a nice bottle of white wine left in a cooler with two glass, milk in the fridge, good ground coffee, a coffee pod machine, selection of teas/herb tea, sugar, 2 different breakfast cereals. We had a brilliant time and would love to go back to Vienna, and will definitely book 7th Heaven again. It was amazing.

Great home in central Vienna Vey nice apartment in the center of Vienna. We stayed her for four days. The apartments are in walking distance to everything and make it easy to feel at home. Everything was in good condition and the unit was well equipped and very spacious. Annika took good care of us and we would love to stay there again!

It felt like Heaven :) The appartment (Sissi) is amazing, fully equipped, within walking distance of major museums and attractions We were welcomed by Annika who has been a wonderful host, very friendly and with many good advises A must stay in Vienna!

Beautifully decorated and very well equipped apartment. Plentiful information from the owner regarding the history of the building and what to do in Vienna. Five minutes walk from the inner city and tourist are. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby.

The most wonderful stay in the beautiful Freud apartment. We were greeted & given a little tour by a lovely man called Jacob. A charming space, with everything you need literally home from home. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city, a quiet street with shops, cafes on your doorstep really. If we ever visit Vienna again we would definitely stay here.
