Incredibly disappointing experience. My partner and I were excited to visit, as we'd read good reviews about the hotel. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The hotel room was boiling and had very dry air to the point that we were forced to open the window with -1°C outside. We could not sleep and I became ill with pneumonia because of it. We tried to tell the staff but their attitude to it was very blazè. On the last night at 5pm we spoke to reception again who told us they would send someone but it wasn't until 9.30pm that someone came up, not speaking a word of English and could not resolve the matter. To add to the above. The whole room was done very cheaply. The "safe" was siply a wooden cabinet with a padlock that could be easily broken into. The room was never cleaned for the duration of our stay, even though we asked them to but this only involved a change of towels and nothing else. The room was incredibly dusty, which made my breathing ever worse. I am now sitting at home with a chest infection, have had a terrible holiday and spent a lot of money to stay in what is virtually a hostel dressed up as a hotel. Would not recommend.
