It's a real pity that You were not quite satisfied with Your accommodation in our property. However, we would like to clarify some mentioned points to avoid the misundestanding from the guests who will read Your review in the future: - all the photos are real and actual. Moreover, the apartments are listed under their names on our own homepage to be able to review exactly which apartment to chose. - There are electric kettle, toaster, drying rack in each of our apartment. If You could not find them, it's sadly You didnt contact us during Your stay to show You where to find them. - There are free toiletries, such as shampoo, shower gel and liquid soap listed in our description. - We don't offer bottled water and not advertize it as well, as tap water in Vienna is drinkable and also of high quality. For Your stay we have sent You some bottles of water upon Your request just for Your satisfaction. - There is a balcony or terrace only in the exact categories such as 'Deluxe Suite with 2 Bedrooms and Terrace' and 'Deluxe Penthouse Apartment with Terrace' which is also listed in our description. - We don't have our own transfer services, but dealing with the external company. They are able to organize the airport transfer but have limits in working hours. Otherwise we offer our guests to use the taxi Apps BOLT or UBER which are convenient and good with the pricing. - As soon as we are apartments' house (not a hotel), we don't offer a daily cleaning. However, we do provide the cleaning once a week, moreover we are changing linen and towels at any time upon request of our dear guests. All this information is to be reviewed in our descriptions in any of the booking's platforms.
