Had a very pleasant stay here. The location is super convenient, right outside there's a tram and train station, plus a large Aldi supermarket. The best part for Chinese travelers is definitely having a kettle to make tea or instant noodles, and a washing machine and dryer to refresh your clothes. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. It's a great value-for-money option if I visit Vienna again.

Right next to train station in a quiet and calm area, which is perfect for those who prefer to stay further away from the busy and crowded central Vienna. Apartment was clean, checking in and out were smooth. Pillows and bed were softer than what we are used to but was manageable since we only stayed for 2 nights. Overall, wouldn't mind staying again.

Location has really good access into the city with the Underground and National rail station nearby - even though there it isn't in an area of much interest or amenities. Room was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed wasn't the most comfy, quite firm, and the pillows were pretty awful, but not so bad we bothered troubling to replace them. Curtain doesn't fit the entire way to the wall and lets a lot of light in in the morning with the sun.
