Extremely convenient location, the closest subway station is 1-min walk away. Rooms are clean. Had to self check-in and self check-out tho. And they don’t offer luggage storage services…

Perfect location for a central city, it’s located near the subway, and there is a supermarket near the hotel. The surroundings are quiet and safety is no problem.

The room temperature is around 27°C and does not respond to the wall controller (currently set to 19°C), making it impossible to cool the room without keeping the window open. The shower head is malfunctioning and sprays water in multiple directions, causing water to spill across the bathroom. I also noticed that the drawers are not clean inside. Additionally, the room was not serviced today, and the towels were not replaced, including the wet floor towel in the bathroom. There is also a visible residue from a removed security seal on the door. After receiving an automated email from the hotel requesting feedback, I reported these issues and was told that someone from the hotel team would follow up. However, I have not received any response since. There was also no one available at the reception desk to address these concerns in person.

Near to metro . Got few supermarketS around. The reception very helpful but only available on some timing.

The room was very nice indeed in that it was very clean and tidy and orderly.

A very comfortable stay and also there is a store nearby. Accessible to trains and buses. Probably will book again to roam around vienna. In terms of cleanliness is also good you can cook if you want also because there is kitchen stuff to use for cooking.

It was a great little studio apartment with all amenities and the location was also pretty great and central. The train station is right next to the apartment and it is great
