Excellent location as the tram was very close to us. Also if walking is a option it doesn’t take too long to the city center. Staff was very friendly and room was nice and clean. I recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rathauspark Vienna. The location is excellent — very central, quiet, and within walking distance of many main attractions and public transport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with anything we needed. I booked a double room, which was clean and well-equipped. Turning right out of the hotel leads to the City Hall and park, while the other side leads to the Vautief Church and green space. It's a quiet location amidst the hustle and bustle. However, when I checked in at the beginning of October, I saw that they were setting up an event venue in front of the City Hall square; after checking, I found out it might be for a Mid-Autumn Festival event. So, I suggest checking before booking this hotel to see if there are any large-scale events in the area and considering whether you want to join the crowds.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located about ten minutes from the tram and train station. The facilities are very clean and the sanitation is good. However, every time I enter the room, there is a freshly renovated smell that takes time to get used to.
