Breakfast quality so so. Need email and birthday just to get WIFI. Service quality inconsistent

Worst stay of my entire trip. To begin with, the adjacent street to the hotel (which is not the hotels fault) is in construction and going with the bags was a bit difficult as well as a lot of dust in the air. When we arrived there we were met by a gentleman that did our check in, who threw a 'joke' about my country of origin mocking about the violence, which I found rather uncomfortable and unprofessional. After we arrived at our hotel room we wanted to take a shower which was broken, water was coming out but the structure of it was totally broken, which I then proceed to inform the staff, they told me they were fully booked and couldn't change my room, so they would sent someone tomorrow morning. This was already pretty disappointing but I understand sometimes a hotel can be fully booked and I didn't want to continue to argue about it, although it was our right as customers from the hotel and their responsibilitz to fix it, but we let it pass, since we didn't want to be 'rude'. The next day we slept till quite late in the morning, since the AC made a buzzy sound every now and then (I attached the video but the phone is not gathering the audio from it), which was preventing us from sleeping as we wanted to. Then someone knocked but we were asleep and went, happened twice, we ended up leaving the room and went to visit Vienna, when we came back the room was done, which was nice, but the shower was still as it was broken, I then proceed to tell the staff, which told me that they were sending someone, spoiler no one came, we waited and waited but we wanted to take a shower to go to sleep and realized they were just ignoring us. So I can sum up that this hotel didn't care about our necessities while we stayed there and ignored us the whole time, as well as having faulty equipment in the rooms, which all adds up to an unrelaxing visit to a hotel, which may be cheaper than most alternatives, but that was 100% not worth it. From other comments I see I realize they don't hold themselves to a good standard of service and since I can only comment on my expierience with them, I can only say that I would definitely choose other while visiting Vienna.

Nobody corporate with me meeting reception housekeeping everything was worse than you can imagine

It was a pleasant stay, nice rooms, proper breakfast. It is highly recommended to stay there.

Not a 4 star hotel. Hair dryer didn’t work and the receptionist didn’t help. No basic stuff in the room common for a 4 star hotel

I booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - "triple". Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy. All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries. Poor pillows, bad matrasses. To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.
