Eurostars Grand Hotel Wien

This was my first time in Vienna, Austria, and I booked my trip and hotels through a travel consultant on Ctrip. Honestly, I have to say that these so-called travel consultants are basically frauds. The itinerary was no different from a large group tour, except we were a small group of four. We stayed at a four-star hotel for most of the nine days, and the only two nights were at the so-called five-star Vienna Grand Hotel. The hotel was outdated, the air conditioning was broken, the sewers smelled terrible, and the service was practically nonexistent. The front desk staff were arrogant, and we waited an unknown amount of time to change rooms. In the future, I urge Ctrip travel consultants to check out the hotels before recommending them.

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The breakfast was very rich. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance.
