DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schonbrunn

Hotel right next to schonbrunn palace. Everything was good, room was clean, bed was good only small complaint was pillow too soft

Clean, warm room, very good and varied breakfast. Very good room service, good food at room service but a little expensive. I had only one problem but it was quickly resolved at the reception, the room had an unpleasant smell but it was changed immediately by the receptionist. The new room was very good. One inconvenience is the parking which is very expensive and I don't know why I paid for 7 days and the accommodation was only 4 nights so five days. I received a discount from the hotel for parking but the parking is still expensive. There is no parking in the hotel area so the only parking available is the one in the hotel's basement garage. It would have been a 10 if I had been charged for the 5 days and 4 nights for parking instead of 7 days and 6 nights.

Me and my friend was there last month and everywhere is not far enough to go from hotel and there also tram stop in front of hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I am truly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and professional, which made a great first impression. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet, which allowed me to rest very well.

Absolutely lovely stay! We were lucky to check in early. Even though the location isn’t very close to the city center, there are many convenient transportation options to and from the hotel. A very warm, clean, and cozy place. Highly recommend!

I entered the room and felt that there were the strong smell of refresh air. However, the smell was very strong in the midnight. The receptionist came to my room and confirmed that the smell was still strong. The receptionist arranged another room for us immediately

It was a very nice stay however it was quite far out from the main city though it was tram ride away from the main train station. The hotel was nice, clean and spacious. It was very near the schonnbrunn palace - just walking distance away.
