When we checked in on Sat, the 2nd floor room allocated to us had a missing toilet door knob and a choked drainage pipe. Water from the shower could not drain and overflowed onto the bathroom area. One of the bed mattress was so soft and caved in that I had a bad backache after sleeping for one night. My son’s bed frame cracked on Sat night itself. We reported and on Sunday, only the mattress was replaced, and the bed frame was repaired. The choked drain was still not repaired on Monday and we insisted on a room change. The hotel gave us a room on the 6th floor, only for us to discover that the heater in the 2nd for room was actually not working!  The 6th floor room had a working heater!

Location is great, 5 minutes off Westbahnhof. However, the room was not up to standard. It had disastrous ventilation. Windows and doors were not sound proof, we kept hearing people shouting on the street or talking in the corridor. Shower does not equip with anti splash thingy, thus water just flew everywhere on the floor. Hairdryer is extremely weak. Bed sheets were okay, but I saw a stain underneath. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Great location. Misleading room information. Was told that room has 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed when we booked via trip.com. Room was so small that it was hardly big enough for 2 singles which is what we got. Heating was central so we could not turn the heater aircond on. Was told that it was to be turned on our last night but that did not happen.
