Disappointed by the Lack of Flexibility
I accidentally booked the wrong date and promptly contacted the owner to request a date change. Unfortunately, the owner refused to accommodate any change, even though I contacted them in advance. I understand policies are in place, but a little flexibility or understanding would have gone a long way, especially for travelers who make honest mistakes. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer care.

Good location, near the train station, the apartment is spacious enough, clean and hygienic...
Unfortunately, the check-in system has some refresher, or the local signal is slow, check in process to enter the house a whole 3 hours
Going out to the supermarket back to the room and came across multiple suite doorbell batteries ran out, the next room tenants also encountered may be doorbell problems.Wait until other residents in the same building have keys to enter the room. Luckily I bought bread, fruit and water at the supermarket... I dare not go out while waiting for doorbell repair or battery replacement, can only eat bread and fruit...

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was warm and cozy. The location is excellent — there are three grocery stores, a shopping mall, and plenty of places to eat just around the corner. It’s about a 40-minute walk to the city center or just 3 metro stops. There were a couple of small things (just suggestions for improvement) that I wouldn’t mention publicly, but I’ll be happy to share them directly with the owner. Overall, we rate our stay 10/10. Thank you very much for having us!

PERFECT ! EXCELENT ! Nice location ( close to subway, tram, Vienna HBF = Central Train Station). Several restaurant options near by. Supermarket and stores. Apartment very clean, spacious and cozy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Everything was great during my stay in this apartment.

It’s short walk from Vienna central station. Grocery is right in the corner. Lots of small restaurants around the area. You can feel the lifestyle of the local people. The room is spacious and clean with all facilities we need. I really like the apartment.

The apartment was conveniently located near the tram and underground train. It’s near a lot of food places, & grocery stores. It had everything we needed for 3 nights.

We would use this apartment again. It was clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and oven. Nice to sit out of the balcony to eat our meals. it was conveniently situated for the train station where you can pick up the big red bus for sightseeing.

Great place... Bad comms
Great location and well equipped flat. It is amazing till everything works. Once it doesn't there is no HUMAN to get in touch with. Everything is via a bot and a dead end. The bot confirmed extension of our stay only to find out later that it was error. Had to rush last min to another more expensive place.
So if you can take that risk of zero comms with human it is a perfect place location and amenities wise
