Contemporary hotel with very spacious and clean rooms. A little bit out of the city centre but only a short bike ride away. Also just a short walk to a main train station. Right by the fairground park which has a good beer garden. The hotel has a lovely, large outdoor seating area itself.

Well positioned close to conference center and close to metro station. No drinking water and no kettle in room. No coffee facilities in lobby.

Stay was fine, unfortunately the area around the praterstern train station is rough particularly in evening/ weekends. It does get better towards the hotel and there is a closer station you can use that is smaller/ cleaner.
The breakfast was fine, maybe slightly slim selection for what you pay for but acceptable. The air conditioner did not work and the explanation was that they only turn it on in summer which was silly.

One night enough
Visit to a concert, riding school, palace. 3 nights. Hotel seemed okay from description. 10% for facilities - nothing in the cold room, not even a spare blanket. No soap, no phone, nothing.
20% comfort. Aircon worked but periodically blasted cold air room 489. Shower just worked but no power. No restaurant.
Staff were all very helpful. BUT got the taxi price wrong both occasions. 42 euros airport rate. Nope, it’s 60 euros. Would have caught the train had we known.
