Excellent location, our room was very clean and great condition.. We only stayed for 1 night, check in/out process super efficient. Very quiet and comfy beds. Excellent shower. Good service allowing to leave bags after check out, very convenient. Recommend it.

The apartment is spacious, beautiful and clean The location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Hofburg Palace and all the museums. The service responds quickly when contacted. It would have been perfect if there was also a luggage storage room. We had to leave the room at 11 and wanted to leave our luggage until 18. In the end, we left it in the corridor of the pension. Nobody touch it. Highly recommend

Quiet, well appointed accommodation just up the road from the museum quarter. On line communication and instructions were impeccable. A good value place to stay in the heart of Vienna

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and in an amazing location. Nice and close to the centre but none of the loud hustle and bustle. No air-con but provided with a good working fan. Check in was super easy with great instructions provided.

Generally okay, room was clean and the remote check in process worked well. Web site says hotel is renovated but it’s still very much under construction. If you have children don’t take them in the elevator you might be shocked with whats drawn on the walls!

Good location, renovation as stated on the website. But strange odour in the shower room and my room had no daylight at all. There was a window that faced the wall and it made the room completely dark and stuffy because there was no air. Maybe someone likes it. For me it was unacceptable - if I had known in advance what room I would get, I would not have chosen it.
