Poor service. Booked by mistake and canceled the day after but they refused to pay a refund. Try to find a way to settle this but no answers. Not even a grave period of 24 hours which even most airlines have

The reality is faaaar from the pictures. I could not actually stay there, because the room made me sick. I booked it for 6 nights and I paid in advance. The room and the bathroom were dirty. I don't even want to speak about the kitchen... There were spider webs all around the courners, dust, wholes in the walls. The curtains almost fell off. The door to the apartment could not be entirely closed. I didn't feel safe to stay there. Eventhough the staff told me I should get my money back, after two weeks they are still telling me that it's not possible. I would honestly recommend to run as far as possible from this kind of accomodations in Vienna.
