Urban Boutique Hotel

Breakfast was okay. The only real plus was the location. Service to help with taking our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, was unpleasant, even rude, none smiling receptionist. no elevator for 3rd floor ! Yes it is mentioned. Badly decorated room, no wardrobe just a metal hanging structure. Had to share toilet and bathroom, as in a student dormitory. We paid 160.- € for 2, Never seen such a bad hotel. Luckily it was only for one night. Maybe the other rooms were better. We asked for another room and were told that everything was booked. Put a damper on our stay in Vienna. Shame 🥲

Location is quite okay. Food was disappointing and no flavor. Breakfast was later than promised which was an issue for my course trip with early mornings. The room and hotel pictures are very misleading from reality. The walls of the rooms let all noise through from neighbor/above rooms. I would describe this hotel more like a hostel. Customer service: the young lady was very polite in the reception and correct but was not in charge so could not help me with my will to make a reclamation and request a refund for the disappointing hotel experience. I was adviced to contact via whatsapp so they could answer. As a reply, a week later when I again asked where I could file an appropriate reclamation, I received very inappropriate and accusotary, long answers with caps lock and emojis, and finally a threat for misinformation spreading for my honest reviews. This all I find inappropriate and unprofessional as a hotel. They also let me know that they tried to offer me a better room etc. which did not happen in reality. As in my own work I also sell services and do customer service, this whole experience and treatment was absurd and is not acceptable from customer experience and customer service point of view. I have never had an experience like this from hotels I’ve stayed. I can’t unfortunately recommend. Very overpriced for what they offer as service. I paid over 200€ per night, more than I paid for a 4-star hotel with excellent service.

C Room was extremely small and very basic , etc - No mini fridge and with being so hot -no air conditioning , so very little sleep:( .. Continental break was good but coffee machine never seemed to work properly, lots and lots of stairs, photography of outlay is good but isn’t reality.
