Good Stay, basic comfort The apartment was on the third floor - no elevator. The boiler wasn't clean, meaning that there was too much calcium and we couldn't use it. There was just 1 toilet paper roll There were neither kleenex no kitchen roll There was no shampoo and no shower gel. I mean, with the addition of these basic things, the stay would have been just perfect.

We didn't have got water/heat for a day. I got a response from the property to not be in the shower for too long as the as the boiler has lịmited capacity. That was offensive. When asking for an extra towel because my son drop it on the wet floor. They gave some after saying that they provided enough for 4 people for our stay. If going again by myself, I would suck it up for the convenience but won't be staying there if traveling with family.

Very good tradeoff between location, neighborhood and price. Next to the subway.

Very convenient location for city and airport. However the apartment is not up to required standard in my view for the price charged. Shower is only hand held as the shower hose does not fit into the holder on the wall except when holding in place by hand. The iron did not work very well and the cover was filthy with stains all over it. Positives however are the wifi was good and the location was very convenient for the ubahn station.

The location was good and bad. The good was the closeness to the Naschmarkt. The bad was a busy street on one side and the train behind. Very nosy location. The major issue was the owner. He was extremely unhelpful and unsupportive. He and any property that he is evolved with should be banned for this site. I recognize that he was not prepared for early check-in; however, upon request for help with luggage his response was we do not offer that just find it yourself. He was rude and did not show any compassion for the renter. We were just not his issue or problem. We had to find a location to store our luggage for a couple of hours with no help or suggestion. Once we checked in the property was a third floor walk up. No elevator. The stairs were circular and difficult to use with the luggage. This issue was never mentioned in the description. Misrepresentation of the property. There was no AC which is understandable in Europe, but because of the street and train nose it made the apartment a terrible choice. It also seems that there is only one apartment within the building that is used for guest. The others are empty or used for storage for his restaurant. All 3 floors. The building itself was rundown and in poor repair. It did not fell like a safe environment. We will never go back and I hope this review will help others.

We had difficulties finding the apartment, because "Rechte Wienzeile" changes its name, then changes back; and after we obtained the keys from the Restaurant on the ground floor, we did somewhat regret that we had to carry all the suitcases up to the third floor. But once inside the apartment, we found it good, and convenient, and if one keeps the windows closed, it is quiet even though the subway line runs directly below the windows. Walking through the Naschmarkt outdoor market to the city center is a nice fifteen-minute walk, so all the sights in the old city are in walking distance. We would use this apartment-hotel again if we come again to Wien.
