Mercure Properties in Vienna

We stayed here on Christmas Eve during the first snowfall. The reception staff were helpful, and slippers are available upon request. The hotel itself is simple and not fancy, but the location is excellent — right next to the train station, making trains and trams very accessible and easy for getting around the city. Breakfast also offers a good variety of options. Unfortunately, we left a cap in the room, and the hotel did not contact us about how to get it back.

Stayed here for approximately two days visiting Vienna. Absolutely cant complain, was given an early check-in, the room was clean and everything where it should be. My room had a clock on the wall, some lovely artwork to accompany it (It's wine o'clock) You can easily go to and from the centre since youre only 2 -3 stops away on the metro. The room itself wasnt massive, id say this kind of room is good for a shorter stay because the location its in isnt anything too desirable (lots of shops (food,pharmacy, amenities etc).

Great location, just a short walk away from shops and restaurants and all the major sights. A comfortable room, average size for a couple but nice and clean. Comfortable bed for 2 people over 6ft. We didn't use the hotel restaurant but the option is there for breakfast and dinner. There are plenty of places locally to eat if you should choose to. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with advice on Christmas markets and what to see in a limited amount of time! The hotel also offered free walking tours, which we didn't get to go on but we would definitely factor this in for future trips. Overall a very pleasant stay, and not bad value for money for a central Vienna location.

Very spacious and clean room equipped with a lot of amenities. Everything is well maintained. The only complain is I do not seem to find CCTV in the fitness room (which located in the basement), so I’m a bit reluctant to use it.

The hotel's location is excellent! There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around. The service and facilities are genuinely great. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were very polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilities are quite comprehensive; there's a steamer for ironing clothes, and the room has a fridge stocked with still water, sparkling water, and other drinks, which are replenished during room cleaning – a thoughtful touch. Slippers are also provided, and the bathroom amenities are well-stocked. The room size is just right. There's enough space to open a suitcase and still have room to sit and relax without feeling cramped. A nice bonus is the JBL alarm clock in the room, which can connect via Bluetooth to play music. It's perfect for listening to music when waking up in the morning or unwinding at night.

Very good hotel, very close to the surrounding attractions, actually sent all the drinks in my mini bar, the beer is rising, and will come to Vienna later.
