Peaceful Hotel

Great atmosphere. The cafe downstairs serves delicious and affordable food. The staff are very helpful.

The atmosphere and location are okay, but what's truly lovely is how helpful the reception staff were in solving all our problems and needs. Overall, it's pretty good, but the room we got seemed to have been renovated, yet still had some broken parts. Also, there were some staff members who frequently gathered outside our room and talked very loudly, starting early in the morning. I once asked them to lower their voices, and they did for a short while, but then got loud again.

The staff were friendly and allowed me to check in at 12:30 PM. And that's where the positives end. After checking in, I discovered water leaking from under the sink. The front desk staff promised a technician would arrive in an hour to fix it. In the end, I stayed at the hotel for 3 days, and the technician never showed up, despite me reminding the front desk staff several times about the issue. To prevent water from spilling onto the floor, I placed a trash can under the sink, where I found garbage from previous guests. In the shower, there was a used shampoo tube on the faucet. Also, the room was not cleaned once during my 3-day stay. The balcony was very dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. There was no safe in the room. The breakfasts were meager and repetitive. The pool was dirty.

The atmosphere is nice and suitable for relaxation.

The staff were very welcoming and the room was spacious. There's no elevator, and the WiFi is slow.
