New Chinese management structure. The location is large, still to be fixed in some parts. Very close to the train station (free transport service included with them), but very far from the city center (about 40 minutes). Located in a peripheral area so not very well known. It is not well signposted, so not easy to find. Furthermore there was a Chinese "guardian" too, who upon our arrival even though we showed him the photo of the resort told us that it was not that one!!!! incredible!!! The internal staff very kind. We had a good time. The only advice I want to give to the structure is to better signpost the entrance and the name of the resort.

Very poor service from staff, unprofessional, they forgot to order the free shuttle service to the train station despite having confirmed with me. I used google translate to request and requested twice, both in verbal and online.
I asked the girl in google translation whether she has forgotten to order the shuttle and she said yes, but was unapologetic.
When the shuttle arrived the Chinese driver seemed reluctant to take me to the station and dropped me halfway (where the eatery places are) and told me to walk uphill myself.

很不安全，半夜約1點鐘，我正睡覺，竟然有個人開門進來，説了一句Migun（有人，老撾話），這個人説完話閃人走了，我還在朦朧中！這！！！反饋給酒店，酒店的管理人員似乎不在意。
攜程上寫着房間35平米，實際可能衹有15平米。房間設施等總體情況跟老撾10多萬老撾幣的房間差不多。
衞生愁人！有大壁虎🦎亂竄！有三個刮鬍刀一個梳子，沒有牙刷！有一個牙膏盒的蓋子。小櫃子裏面有用過的葯瓶？不衞生的細節多！
早飯，衹有油條，饅頭，雞蛋，非自助，還有一大桶稠粥，沒看到咖啡和茶。頂着度假酒店的招牌，能不能認真點！
非常偏僻！！！
